Loneliness

Here are some things to try when you feel lonely.

  • Think about what you feel is missing which is causing the loneliness.

  • Pray about those areas.

  • Find ways to give those things to yourself.

  • Look for evidence that you already have those things, in various forms—even just the essence of those things.

  • Trust that God wants you to have those things too.

  • Trust that you will eventually have those things abundantly.

It could even be that doing the above actions will create them, or the feeling of having them, or that your relaxing about it will draw to you the person(s) you want, or any other numerous scenarios.

Ultimately, doing this work creates peace inside of you which makes life easier and better.
