Loyalty Requires Strength
Using discernment when choosing your people is so important when you believe in loyalty, devotion, trustworthiness, honor, and principles.
I’ve been hurt by many people who, hindsight, didn’t care about loyalty. I’ve witnessed many people cave-in to all sorts of nonsense, and even immoral things, because they fear standing out, standing up, not fitting in, and conflict.
How people live, what they stand for, and what they fall for says so much.
Pay attention.
"You can't have loyalty from somebody who's weak because weak people, even if they have the best intentions to be loyal to you, they can always be intimidated or they can always be primarily intimidated, when it's down to save their own skin. They're weak and they're afraid. They're the kind of person who will turn on you. I don't trust weak people. I don't have weak people around me. I don't like weak people."
